Meet The Team
Andrew Sparks, a former CEO and graduate of Yale University, is the Founder and Managing Broker of The Sparks Agency,
a firm that specializes in commercial and investment properties nationally in California, New York, and Washington, D.C
and internationally in Latin America and Europe. Andrew holds certifications and membership in several national real estate
associations, has served on various boards, and was awarded 2018 Commercial Realtor of the Year for Greater Los Angeles
and Beverly Hills by BHGLAAR.
As a senior executive and principal, Andrew demonstrates a track record of value
creation and a history of delivering over multiple economic cycles, asset types and markets.
Andrew has 20 years of management experience in commercial real estate, operations,
fund raising, marketing and educational administration. He has a proven ability to spot
trends and value ahead of others, and is an experienced leader, team builder, operator, and
Andrew represents high-profile companies and individuals in pursuit of successful
retail and office locations and creates partnerships with clients to locate, negotiate and
acquire underperforming value-added real estate. Andrew’s experience draws on having
been involved in many aspects of CRE including landlord and tenant representation,
development, project management, and office and medical properties. Andrew has worked
with new and emerging businesses to manage and maximize their growth potential by
providing site selection and disposition services. Andrew’s clients have included a top
fashion retailer ($4b annual revenue), a hedge fund principal, and Kuafu Properties. Andrew
has an international network of developers, investors, and real estate professionals.

Heather Levine, Esq.
As an Attorney and also of counsel for The Sparks Agency, Heather brings her experience with financial planning from simple estate plans to complicated Wills and Trusts.
She is a speaker on issues of estate planning and wealth protection. She is responsive and detail oriented as well as intuitive and enthusiastic. Her outgoing, friendly personality offsets
the stressful elements of a complex real estate transaction. Heather is a key ingredient when it comes to residential and commercial real estate. Her knowledge of the industry and contract
process protects the highest return for real estate. Prior to real estate she specialized in estate and trust planning, including the preparation of complex wills and trusts, trust administration,
and the representation of individuals and institutions. In 2010, Heather became an advocate for the Lyme community by supporting research for autoimmune diseases after her own
experience with illness. Heather has a passion for health and wellness and continues to host a podcast educating others on natural healthy living.
Heather co-authored a book with a leading podiatrist in Manhattan and explored natural remedies that provide relief from pain and the legalities behaind natural medicine.
John Peterson joins The Sparks Agency as a strategic partner in the greater Los Angeles area focusing on the selling and leasing of high-end properties, both residential and commercial. John brings with him over ten years experience in executive roles managing such aspects as marketing, systems & business growth, as well as consultation for both corporate and private entities. Coming from the entertainment, creative media and service industries, John has a broad yet specialized knowledge-base and genuine passion for customer service and client relations, always striving to deliver a customized and personable approach to buying and selling.
Outside of Real Estate sales, John specializes in short to long-term rentals for Film, TV, and other creative media projects through his co-founded locations corporation, HERO. John is an accomplished Chef, Musician/Producer, and avid car enthusiast. John also enjoys innovation, forward thinking and discovery of wealth building strategies through investments, etc.
Dena has 25 years of management, leadership and program design and delivery in the personal development field along with running her own coaching company since 2016. Along her path she was a productivity coach at Keller Williams for Real Estate Agents She is a master at working with people and is now included working in the Real Estate arena. Dena realized that people need to have someone of her caliber to navigate and support their real estate needs.
