The firm founded by Andrew Sparks, a former CEO and graduate of Yale University, represents high-profile companies and individuals in pursuit of successful retail and office locations and creates partnerships with clients to locate, negotiate and acquire underperforming value-added real estate. Andrew’s experience draws on having been involved in many aspects of CRE including landlord and tenant representation, development, project management, and office and medical properties. Andrew has worked with new and emerging businesses to manage and maximize their growth potential by providing site selection and disposition services. Andrew’s clients have included a top fashion retailer ($4b annual revenue), a hedge fund principal, and Kuafu Properties. Andrew has an international network of developers, investors, and real estate professionals.
